前 言
实施水质自动监测,能达到及时掌握主要流域重点断面水质状况、预警流域性水污染事故、解决跨行政区域的水污染纠纷,以满足流域内水环境管理和监测预警的需要。水质自动监测系统已越来越成为我国水环境监测中的一个重要组成部分。为了更好地做好水质自动监测系统运行管理工作,四川省环境监测总站组织编写了《水质自动监测系统运行管理技术手册》。本手册内容主要包括七个部分:部分介绍了水质自动监测系统现状、组成及功能;第二部分介绍水质自动监测系统(采水系统、分析系统以及辅助系统等)操作规程;第三部分介绍水质自动监测系统管理(运行管理、质量控制、运行监督、子站建设与验收等);第四部分介绍数据统计分析;第五部分介绍四川省水质自动监测系统;第六部分是数据应用与案例分析;第七部分是数据记录。
本书邀请了眉山市环境监测中心站、泸州市环境监测中心站、内江市环境监测中心站、宜宾市环境监测中心站、乐山市环境监测中心站、攀枝花市环境监测中心站参与编写,主要成员有(按姓氏拼音为序):邓国海、段慧、范力、季浩宇、姜茂林、刘小方、柳强、罗彬、罗俊、罗晓慧、唐毅、吴建军、肖开煌、薛京洲、颜华、杨渊、张丹、曾容、宗贵仪。谨以此书献给从事水质自动监测的同行,希望能给大家的工作提供参考。由于水质自动监测系统处于快速发展过程中,限于作者的学识和水平,书中疏漏和不当之处在所难免,尚祈广大同仁批评指正。
