国际执业医师考试资源检索与利用

本书在简单介绍信息检索知识和执业医师资考试的基础之上，从纸质资源、电子资源、网站等角度介绍如何获取国外的医学执业资考试信息。本书主要介绍美国、澳大利亚、新加坡、加拿大、英国、韩国、中国香港等的执业医师考试信息，为中国学生和留学生提供信息参考。 

本书分上下两篇。上篇介绍了医学电子图书、电子期刊、电子会议文献、医学视频资料及MOOC资源的获取途径；下篇介绍了各国的执业医师考试资源的获取和利用，主要介绍了美国、加拿大、中国香港、澳大利亚、新西兰，英国等国家和地区的医学资格考试内容及考试所用资源。本书为想在其他国家和地区做执业医师的中国学生及留学生提供了参考资料。This book is divided into two parts.The first part is about introduction for medical electronic books, electronic journals, electronic conference papers, medical video materias and MOOC resource and acquisition approach to them. The second part is about introduction for the acquisition and utilization of practicing physician examination resources all over the world. The book mainly introduces the contents of medical qualification examination and the resources use in the United States, Canada, Chinese Hongkong SAR, Australia, New Zealand, and the United kingdom. The book provides reference for Chinese students and foreign students to be practicing physician in other countries and area.

庄善洁，女，佳木斯大学图书馆副研究馆员；毕业于黑龙江大学信息管理学院，研究生，管理学硕士学位。自参加工作以来，在核心期刊、专业期刊发表论文若干篇，出版教材2部；主要工作是信息咨询和信息素养教育，为本校研究生、留学生讲授医学文献检索。

资格考试评定一个人的综合性职业能力，包括理论能力考试和实践能力考试。医师资格考试是行业准入考试，是对医生所必需的专业知识与技能的评估。随着全球一体化的发展，各国执业医师临床技能逐渐标准化，考试科目逐渐综合化，考试内容逐渐扩大化，仅仅掌握医学专业知识是不够的，这也从另一方面对医生的知识结构提出了新的要求。特别是目前，世界各国以各种方式对行医执照互认政策的实行，促使医师在各国之间互相流动。要想取得在别国或地区的行医资格，就必须明晰该国或地区的执业医师标准，通过其执业医师考试。

如何获得该国或地区的执业医师考试信息及考试所用参考资料是非常重要的，而电子资源是快速了解和掌握相关医学信息的重要途径。正是基于这个原因，本书的作者搜集了各国大量的与考试有关的医学电子资源，从上下两篇讲述了国际医师执业考试涉及的电子资源。本书以英汉对照的形式对各国或地区的执业医师考试资源做了详细介绍。佳木斯大学、吉林大学和黑龙江中医药大学的老师和学生共同参与编写本书。

陈廷玉负责审校英文部分的内容；孙秀斌负责审校中文部分内容，庄善洁主编第六章的第二、三、四、五节；于静主编第七章、第九章和第十章；王杰主编第四章、第五章；朱翃主编了章及从A~K的SCI收录的期刊整理，孙丽丽主编第六章的节和第六节及从L-Z的SCI收录的期刊整理；郭妍主编第二章、第三章、第八章及从I~K的SCI的收录期刊整理。吉林大学白求恩医学部学生薛鸿萌做了大量的国外医学相关网站资料的前期搜集工作。

Preface

The qualification examination is used to assess a person’s comprehensive professional ability, includung theoretical ability test and practical ability test. Physician qualification examination is an industry admittance examination, which is the evaluation of the professional knowledge and skills of doctors. With the development of globalization, practicing physician clinical skills all over the world gradually tend to standardization, test subjects gradually integrated, test contents gradually expanded, so it is not enough only to master medical professional knowledge，which puts forward new requirements for the knowledge structure of doctors on the other hand, especially at present, countries all over the world implement the policy of mutual recognition of license in various ways which urges physicians to flow between countries. In order to obtain medical practice in other countries and areas, examinees must clarify about the country’s physician practice standards, and pass through its practicing physician examination.

It is very important to get the information of the medical examination and reference materials for examination of the country and areas, and the electronic resource is an important way to quickly understand and master the relevant medical information. It is for this reason that the author of the book collected a large number of different countries relevant medical electronic resources. From the two chapter describes the international physician practice examination involving electronic resources.

The book gives a detailed introduction to the resources of practicing physician examination in different countries and areas in the form of English-Chinese contrast. Teachers and students in Jiamusi University, Jilin University and Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine work together to write this book.
