言
本书为“现代有轨电车施工实用技术指导丛书”的第三册,以云南省红河州滇南中心城市群现代有轨电车示范线项目为依托,对有轨电车供电工程施工进行了研究与总结。
该项目有轨电车供电采用分散式供电模式,全部采用预装箱式变电所。牵引供电分为有网区段、无网区段。有网区段采用双绝缘柔性简单悬挂接触网供电,平交路断网。无网区段采用站台设置充电轨供电,停车场内设置充电轨供电。牵引供电电压为DC 750 V,走行轨回流。从城市配电网分别引入10 kV外电源作为有轨电车供电电源,各供电分区间采用10 kV单环网供电。当某一直流供电分区停电时,可进行跨区供电,有网区段与无网区段采用应急联络柜进行联络供电。牵引电源由10 kV电压等级经整流器降压,整流器整流后变为DC 750 V。动力、照明电源由10 kV电压等级经降压变压器变为AC 0.4 kV。有轨电车供电线路长,供电电缆(线)需经过保护电缆沟、电缆桥架等才能敷设完成。接触网需架空施工,因大型专业施工设备进场作业困难、不经济等,大多采用人工配合简单机械的方式进行。且常在交通要道施工,因此,其施工具有干扰大、交通安全风险大、环保要求高等特点。此外,有轨电车在施工方法、劳动力组织、施工机具设备、质量安全保障措施等方面与传统铁路、地铁施工也有明显的差异。云南省建设投资控股集团有限公司市政总承包部根据这些特点,结合所承建的滇南中心城市群现代有轨电车示范线项目积累的施工经验,对本项目的供电工程施工部分从施工方法、施工流程、劳动力组织、施工机具设备、质量安全保障措施等多个方面进行了详细总结。
