　　《中国区分所有权住宅的管理——制度和实施》由陈丽梅著，是论述中国区分所有权住宅管理的专著。本书从其制度与实施两个方面进行论述。本书共有七章，提出区分所有权住宅管理体系中共管组织的概念，又分析了业主委员会自我管制的道路，并依据上海和深圳两地的实践作了分析。
