朱德庸先生说:做自己喜欢的事情,那是一种幸福;喜欢自己做的事,那是一种惜福,如果我们成不了幸福的人,至少可以做一个惜福的人。回想起来,在不知不觉陪伴中,我与一届又一届毕业生走过了十四年,对于日益严峻的就业形势,其实我能做的很少,好在因为深入其中,对于这项工作也有了自己的理解与喜欢。在和毕业生一起体会艰辛的同时,也和他们一起经历了收获的幸福,也算领略到“惜福”与“幸福”之间,是有通路的。
在一次分享会上,一位硕士毕业选择读博士的毕业生表达了他对于科研的理解与喜欢:写一篇学术论文,就是要去讲一个也许被人忽略了却依然很有价值的故事。为了把这个故事讲得精彩些,我愿意多下些功夫。
他的话让我不禁想到:自己这么多年与大学生们相伴走过的求职路上,是否也积累了被忽略却依然有价值的故事?
袁岳先生在一篇《干小活》的文章里说道:“如果我们思考大活,那大半只是一种念头,因为思考国家大事,并没有可练手的机会。小活就不一样,你想做随时有得做。”对于服务毕业生就业的小活,于我而言,真是想做随时有得做。如果能干一件“讲个故事”或“分享个案例”这样的“小活”,故事与案例本身的“被忽略”“有价值”和“精彩”能兼具诚然好,但只顾及一点也还能被接纳的话,无疑在就业这个关系民生的国家“大事”和随手可做的“小活”中间找到了一个可靠的连接,不能不说是一种幸福。
所以我决定干点“小活”,把自己认为的收获拿出来分享。
绝大多数应届生的求职,要经历的是一个之前没有相关经验的大转变、一个从无到有的过程。对于身在这个过程中的人,内心的焦虑来源于诸多的不确定,也许还来源于机会的不平等,这种焦虑是自然的,也是本质的。
作为一个与求职者相伴的同行者来说,力求尽可能多地给予其有共性特征的信息。另外,对于你们承担的压力希望能给予一些理解。
为了顺应当前读图时代的趋势,我特意在书中加了一些插图,就水平而言,充其量只能算是我自学阶段的“习作”,并且是请一位已毕业的研究生同学帮忙并手绘而成。对于那些终日奔波于各个招聘会现场的求职者,只消“搭一眼”的功夫,若能心领神会,也许会有些微帮助。
鉴于求职过程的个性化实在太突出,求职能力的提升严格意义上来说不在于别人的经验,而在于体验。就业成功的真理只有在真正的劳动力市场上才能得到好的检验!
也就是说,就业作为一项关乎个人发展的大事,关乎其指导技能的各方面的进步,绝不仅仅取决于目前称之为“就业指导者”们的进步,而在于“越来越多的人及其越来越丰富的一线体验”。我们能做的,而且迫切需要做的,就是不断地从“供大于求”的市场现状带给我们的无助、挫败的状态中挣脱出来,从不少“前辈”不断寻求光明的经验中积攒信心与希望。
