What is the meaning of “IB I SEE”?“IB” means the International Baccalaureate. “I” means the reader. “SEE” means Summary， Examples and Exercises. It is the general format of each module in this book.

This book is written only for students who choose calculus as option in higher level mathematics in the International Baccalaureate （IB） Diploma Programme （DP）. Option topic calculus is covered in this book. And we divided it into several modules arranged in the order of the authors’ summary strategy.

The materials contained in this book are designed to complement your textbook and IB Syllabus. This book contains types of questions most frequently tested in IB final exams. The aim of this book is to help IB students and teachers prepare for the final examination.

This book consists of 6 modules. For each module， there are theory sections and many worked examples. The readers who follow these two parts should then be able to make considerable progress through the exercises provided. We strongly recommend the readers to take IB past year examinations that are provided by IB to test themselves after finishing reading this book.

At the end of each module， there are several questions to help you review the rules and skills covered in the previous modules. For these questions， calculator is allowed for each question.Table of symbols and notations
