设计实现“成功”的五个“W”法则
I’m glad to see that VVIP Top Club Design II is published smoothly, including the recent excellent works, which not only brings inspiration for designers and the public, but also activates the deep thinking towards “the market value of the design” for the designers.
I am often asked how to define the success of the design, what kind of design is required by the market, in fact, for “success”, everyone has a different understanding, it is difficult to tell it in a standard completely, such as commercial center space design, if standing on the position of “commercial”, I think the standard should creat the biggest “value” for customers, realizing the business success, meanwhile allowing customers to expand the brand influence.
How to realize these values? First of all we need to consider the customers’orientation and the content of the value, in the process, “Ruizhihui” has a simple rule of five “W”: The first is who, who is it? The second is why, why the customer come for us? Why you do it in this way? The third is when, how long does it take to complete? The fourth is where, where is the location? Adjust measures to local conditions or not? The last is what, what to do? This project was made clear after the five “W” are sorting out.
If at first we are unfamiliar with the market, customers, regions and so on, and then immediately go to design and creation, this project will die basically. So, the designer positioning for the designer in Ruizhihui, firstly is a server, and then is an artist, the last is a collaborator, worked with insiders, and also with the clients.
What is the design that the market needs? From the perspective of the future, I think the development of the trend is “Micro-Creative”; The second is to do some “Micro-Art”. This is a developing space, by which it can guide more people to understand the design and get a better knowledge of the brand and learn to have a better life, which is the responsibility of the designer.

很高兴看到《VVIP高端会所设计II》顺利出版,本书汇集了近期非常优秀的作品,不仅启发了设计师的设计灵感,满足了大众的审美需求,更引发了设计工作者对“设计的市场价值”的深度思考。
经常有人问我怎样定义设计的成功,市场需要什么样的设计?其实对于“成功”,每个人都有不同的理解,完全以一个标准去讲很难。就比如商业会所空间的设计,如果站在“商业”立场上讲,我觉得这个标准就应该是为客户创造的最大“价值”,在促进商业成功的同时,让客户的品牌影响力得到扩大。
怎么实现这些价值?首先要考虑客户的定位和品牌价值,在这个过程中,“睿智汇”有一套简单的五“W”法则:第一个是Who(是谁?);第二个是Why(客户为什么找我们?为什么这么做?);第三个是When(多久完成?);第四个是Where(地点在哪里?是不是要因地制宜?);最后就是What(做什么?)。这五个“W”理清后,这个项目就很清楚了。
如果一开始对市场、客户、地域等都不了解,上来就设计、创作,那么这个项目基本会死掉。所以,“睿智汇”的设计师定位,首先是一个服务者,然后是一个艺术家,最后是一个合作者,是和内部人员合作,也是和客户合作。
那关于市场需要什么设计?从未来的角度讲,我觉得趋势的发展是“微创新”;然后是可以做一些“微艺术”的东西。这是一个发展的空间,通过这种方式,引导更多人去更好地读懂设计,增加他们对品牌的了解,以及学会生活,这是设计师的责任。

“见了他,她变得很低很低”,这是张爱玲独有的爱情姿态。其实,这低到尘埃中又何尝不是开到了云端里。要守的不单是一个去留堪忧的人,更是已被置于微末中的自己。微末之处,时常被忽视,没有那么多理直气壮,也没有那么漂亮的姿态。来去过往,只被视之如草芥,弃之亦如敝帚。可是,性情与品质、格调与奢华,往往就存于这微微末枝之处。就好像是一根妩媚的藤蔓,远看百般缠绕,略显轻浮,近观却不禁感叹,犹如一幅精工画作,脉络纹理精雕细琢清晰可见,堪称鬼斧神工。
似乎扯远了些,但这用在我们的室内设计上有何尝不是如此,细微之处见真章,微末之笔显奢华。特别是对会所设计来说,用智慧来打造细节,用细节来诠释格调则相当重要。德国沃夫岗 拉茨勒曾指出:如果说旧式奢侈是对稀有原料的消耗,那么,新式奢侈则是用智慧和知识来对待和使用各种原材料,更讲究创造性,并彰显个性。奢华,在这里充满了智慧与创意。有容乃大,有智则雅,《VVIP高端会所设计2》则用智慧尽显空间之气度,设计之创意。于每一处微末之处,可感空间整体之格调,更让人感受到对生命的尊重与释放。
“这里没有国王,每一个人都是国王。”是的,这里有的是极致的享受与极致的尊贵。在这个没有国王的时代,想成为国王却如此轻而易举,因为这里四处弥漫着高贵气息的奢华芬芳。在这里,你可以开始对自己亲切,问候心灵,抚摸孤影;在这里,你可以开始心的漫旅,温柔内心,惊艳旅程;在这里,你可以开始憧憬未来,慈悲现世,触碰灵魂。无论是秋色雁语还是渔舟唱晚,只望能有种高贵能荡漾心灵的温柔,或是欢歌笑语,或是长夜漫漫,没有是非,没有妄语,一切便好,拈花一笑,自是美好,我便是我的国王。
都说“真实与虚无的临界点便是灵魂与身体的升华”,何为真实,何又为虚无?只是能否触碰到你灵魂之故罢了,达至内心,便以安稳,处于虚妄,皆化为无妄。欲寻之所,觅而可得,红酒、雪茄、斯诺克、书籍、诗画、青花瓷……哪有不畅快身体与灵魂的?倘若觅而不得,于一静隅,私享静谧,触摸灵魂,这便是我们永远的TOP CLUB,便也是所谓的微末的奢华。

The railway station running through the time space and dream

Booth, sofa, solid wood buffet, railing, handrail, stair…Low-key luxury furnitures, sweet and with qualitative feeling, the structure of the whole space spreads around the railway-shape stage, which not only provides a multi-angle view for everyone, but also protects private communications of the different groups through rational functional partition. Is here the Orient express running with the wind, or the city’s night club under the light?
There is a saying goes: “music is the soul of the bar”. Perhaps once started, this express will start to go fast. Here is a banquet for the music, the beauty, the wine, the light and shade, when the stage circle window which is a symbol of the railway engine lights up, the passion is immediately ignited under the scintillation of laser lights, and the adornments like the floating clouds and the stars appear palette effect, in which the purple, red and gold become the space dominant color under the irradiation of spotlight, and all the lights here are led around by the music of the soul. Every tiny light source is waved with the rhythm of the music, the dappled mix of light and shade, casts a strange and beautiful decorative pattern, in such a gorgeous space, the highlight is still the hollow-out wood carving “VERTU CLUB”, because of its golden coat stained by the spotlight.
Like Easter eggs, among British railway station themes, Chinese elements appear inadvertently, such as Chiense console table next to the steps, the ink painting covering the hall ceiling, the peach blossom and porcelain in full bloom, the Kwu and stone lion by the door. We suddenly learned that the Vertu Club is located in the well-know “nature and humanities flourishing together” places jiangyin full of spirits of jiangnan city, behind the gorgeous appearance, the heritage for one thousand state of ceremonies continues to sink in.

穿梭于时空与梦想的火车站
设计特色
卡座、沙发、实木吧台、栏杆、扶手、楼梯……低调奢华的家具,温馨而有质感。整个空间的结构围绕火车造型的舞台展开,既为大家提供了多角度的视野,又通过合理的功能分区,保护了不同人群的私密交流。这里是迎风疾驰的东方快车,还是灯红酒绿的城市夜店?
人们说:“音乐是酒吧的灵魂”。也许这列快车一旦启动,就开始风驰电掣。这里是音乐、美女、名酒以及光与影的盛宴,当象征着火车头的舞台圆环窗口亮起时,在镭射灯光的闪烁下,激情立刻被点燃,仿若浮云与星辰的装饰品在射灯的照耀下呈现出了调色板一般的效果,紫色、红色、金色成了空间的主色调,在这里所有的灯光都被音乐的魂魄所牵绕。每一个细小的光源都会随着音乐的节奏而波动,斑驳的光影投射出美丽而诡异的花纹。在这样绚烂的空间中,依旧亮眼的是镂空木板上雕刻的“VERTU CLUB”字样,因为射灯为它们染上的金色外衣依旧夺目。
如同复活节彩蛋一般,英伦火车站的主题之中,中国元素在不经意间闪现。台阶旁边的中式供桌、大厅天花上的水墨国画、盛开的桃花、门边的石鼓与石狮……恍然得知,这座威图酒吧坐落于素有“钟灵毓秀、人文彬盛”美誉的江南形胜之城江阴,在绚烂的外观背后,千年礼仪之邦的传承仍继续沉淀。
