我国电价体系建设与电力发展战略转型研究

资金密集的电力工业，是国民经济与社会发展的重要基础产业，电价体系对电力工业高质量发展有重要影响。《我国电价体系建设与电力发展战略转型研究》从电价体系建设入手，服务能源革命的四个方面；运用现代经济理论与方法，在大量数据和政策分析的基础上，分析、评价和研究了电价政策与电力低碳发展战略转型、电价形成机制与电力集约发展战略转型、电价传导机制与电力协调发展战略转型和电价管理体制机制改革与电力管制发展或法治化管理战略转型四个方面的相互关系及其存在的问题与不足，提出了一系列可操作的政策建议。《我国电价体系建设与电力发展战略转型研究》所提出的理论或政策观点、政策建议及政策分析方法，对我国深化电价改革和电力工业转型发展有重要参考价值。
