In 2015, 551,522 students accomplished their graduate education.
Nearly 10 times the number of master’s degrees was
awarded compared to doctoral degrees (497,744 vs. 53,778, respectively).
Among all the disciplines, Engineering and Science are the two
disciplines with over 10 thousand graduated doctorates. Engineering, Management
and Medicine are the three disciplines with over 50 thousand graduated masters.

53,572, increased by 11.63% compared with 2014. The graduate students pursuing
